Nature of the Service
The site stores no official jail, court, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, free a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor. It organizes links and explanatory material about Seward County and Kansas record sources and may connect visitors with outside research tools.
Acceptable Use Rules

Links and Outside Services
Links may point to sheriff and corrections offices, release records, government portals, legal resources, and independent search providers. A link does not endorse an outside operator. We do not control its content, availability, accuracy, data handling, or terms, which visitors should review before use.
Service Provided As Is
The site and all content are offered “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that information is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, free of errors or security weaknesses, or that a partner search will return every relevant result. Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from an agency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kansas.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
